No Snark Shadow Thanks

Here's my card for the current challenge at Global Design Project.  I used the layout to create an easy to mail thank you card design.

Thanks card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Lil' Inker Designs
The "thanks" image I used for my sentiment is from the Snarky Shadow Thanks set from Lil' Inker Designs.  The word was stamped in two shades of coordinating inks--one teal and aqua--to go with the shadow detailing.  I die cut a stitched sentiment flag from teal cardstock and positioned it in the upper left corner of the sentiment strip to balance out the panel.  The stamped panel was edged along the bottom with a narrow strip of silver cardstock, then adhered to a pale aqua panel.  I die cut a stitched circle from teal cardstock and cut the circle in half, then tucked one of the halves above the sentiment panel and the other below, staggering their placement for interest.  A trio of silver sequins were arranged around the sentiment for a bit of fun sparkle.  The finished panel was adhered to a teal card base matching the stitched circle elements.

Materials Used:
Snarky Shadow Thanks stamp set, Stitched Circle and Stitched Sentiment Flag dies (Lil' Inker Designs); Tropical Teal and Summer Splash inks (My Favorite Things); Tropical Teal and Aqua Mist cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Recollections Silver cardstock (Stampin' Up!); silver sequins
